The community is invited to the artists’ reception on September 25th from 4-7pm. The show will run September 18-October 31.
When: September 16 | 10AM | Open all week
Where: 17 Housatonic Street, Lenox
Details: I opened the Janet Pumphrey Gallery at 17 Housatonic Street in Lenox in June, 2020. While photography is a representational medium, I appreciate the ability to manipulate a photograph through the artistic imagery available both in-camera and in post-processing, turning what was a realistic photograph into a creative work of art. My cityscapes and landscapes are at times painterly and impressionist and at times stark, reflective, and architectural.
