Lear Levin

An award-winning film director and director of photography for nearly four decades, Lear Levin’s credits include documentaries, short films, TV specials, Life Style TV and thousands of commercials.
Levin’s photography reflects his concern for lighting, staging and composition and his interest in bringing a painterly quality to his subjects.
Levin prints his work using the traditional archival Ink Jet method – also known as Giclée. His photography is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art and has been displayed in galleries from California to Boston as well as in The Berkshires where he lives.
